The restaurant's design reflects the architectural themes of the original Testaccio venue in an innovative format—a contemporary concept that blends seamlessly with rich textures and high-quality finishes.

In 1936, from Felice Trivelloni's deep passion for good food, a restaurant was born to celebrate the authentic flavors of tradition.
